The Inspirational Founder Behind One More Roti Please
Hi, I’m Kaushik
I’ve always loved food. Growing up in Chennai and travelling across India and 19+ countries, I found myself constantly looking for new flavours, local favourites and places that made food feel special.
At some point, I stopped wanting to just discover great food. I wanted to create a place of my own.
That’s how One More Roti Please started. A restaurant built around the food I love, from rich North Indian curries and tandoori favourites to the simple comfort of a really good roti.
We make our masalas in-house, prepare our food fresh and keep things honest and transparent. For me, a restaurant is not just about what’s on the plate.
It’s about the people around the table, the conversations, and that feeling when someone says, “Just one more roti, please.”
I’m still learning every day, but I’m enjoying every bit of the journey. One more roti at a time.
